My thoughts on these acquisitions?

Damn you for making me write about Alan Embree twice, Naps, especially when he never even made the active lineup. Ty Wigginton and his many positions and sub-standard batting average take his place on the bench, at least until Monday morning. Chris Iannetta and his Tools of Incompetence were sent packing COD for Mike Napoli, who may or may not be a real player on a team with the most fake name in the land. You may have heard that Greg Maddux won his last start without striking anyone out. Was he throwing lefthanded? I bleev Naps bleev so. Authentic southpaw Kei Igawa, who struck out 9 in his last minor league outing, fails to live up the Naps' high standards required of pine-riders. (Each of these three transactions cost exactly $1 too much.)

With today being draft day, is it a good time to discuss how many keepers we're going to have at the end of the season? I for one would be open to keeping the majority of our teams instead of only a select few now that the league is pretty well established. But that's just me. Where do the commissioners and everybody stand on this?
I would approve increasing the number of keepers, anywhere from an additional 1 to 3.
Lord Festivus decrees that he will not be involved in a Dynasty league at this point, but would agree with Lord Cookiepuss that keepers should be increased. Six keepers total would be fair.
6 would be good. I'd really like to see daily roster changes and perhaps even a couple of DL spots. Say, Teixeira goes down on Tuesday. It penalizes the Miracles to have him 'playing' out the week, and it screws 'em if there's no available back up. No one should have to drop an A-1 keeper because of a 15 day DL stint.
I'd be up for seven keepers - maybe 5 position and 2 pitchers. Jon, I'm not sure I follow what you're saying about the DL spots since we have plenty of bench players. Sure it would suck to lose Teixeira for the week, but the Miracles have two opportunities to find a replacement in free agency if he doesn't have another first baseman while he's riding the bench the following week. Yeah he misses out on the rest of the scoring that first week with his first baseman injured, but I see it being like losing a second start from a pitcher because of a rain-out - just part of the game. Heck Teixeira could score more in that Monday game than some of my players do all week. :)
No keeper restrictions insofar as position/pitcher. We did away with that once already.
Or did we? I forget, actually.
